Hitwise ranks us Number 1 for March 2008.

THANKS to you, 88DB.com topped was ranked the Number 1 Classified website in Singapore for the month of March 2008!

Hitwise, an Experian company and the leading competitive online service that keeps track of the 1.5 million internet users in Singapore, named 88DB.com as first out of a total of 199 websites.

We beat other Singapore classified advertisement sites and captured 16.98% of the market share.

Service Portal 88DB.com Rolls Out Bus Campaign

Singapore, Republic of (Press Release) January 28, 2008 — SINGAPORE – On January 16, 88DB.com rolled out its bus advertising campaign* “Shop For Services”, which illustrates the different kinds of unique services that can be found in the website — including party entertainment, dog training, real estate brokerage, wedding photography, gown making, golf training and auto repair.

“The campaign reflects the infinite number of services that can be found in the 88DB.com marketplace,” adds Seek.

The six-month-old website, Singapore’s Top Service Portal, uses 23 main categories to classify its members’ advertisements for services. These categories include Business Services, Automotive, Lesson & Instruction, Beauty & Wellness, Pets, Food& Entertainment, and Dating & Friendship.

88DB.com is the sister site of JobsDB.com. It is a free services portal with headquarters in Hong Kong, with operations in six countries: Singapore, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand; each producing its own content.

Apart from classified listings, 88DB.com also has articles, service reviews and recommendations in its Lifestyle section. One of its most popular columns, “I Recommend” features weekly recommendations by its members.

The site has also added Jobs to its 23 main categories. Over 15,000 job openings, in 18 industries, will be updated daily.
